Stuck in a mode changing colors...

my emerson tv screen just keeps changing colors i cant get it to stop i have unplugged it and it still does it

3 my emerson flat panel tv/dvd combo LD195EMX is stuck in a mode just flashing colors over and over again. I have to unplug it in order to shut it off and when I plug it in it does the same thing. Can anyone help?
